Q: What is APEXity Studio?

APEXity Studio is an independent mobile application software development studio. We design, build, and maintain digital productivity products, B2B software solutions, and cross-platform mobile applications, including our flag-ship tool InvoiceMaker Pro.

Q: What is InvoiceMaker Pro?

InvoiceMaker Pro is a specialized mobile productivity application developed by APEXity Studio to help small businesses, freelancers, contractors, and entrepreneurs create, manage, organize, and export digital invoice drafts, estimates, receipts, and internal accounting records.

2. LEGAL, TAX & COMPLIANCE

Q: Are invoices generated by InvoiceMaker Pro legally binding e-Invoices?

No. Documents created within InvoiceMaker Pro are high-quality draft invoices, estimates, quotes, and proforma internal records. Unless connected to a licensed government tax API, they do not automatically replace certified tax authority e-invoicing systems (such as GIB e-Fatura/e-Arşiv in Turkey or certified Peppol CTC channels in Europe). Users remain responsible for submitting official tax filings in accordance with local regulations.

Q: Is it mandatory to enter client Tax ID (TCKN / VKN / VAT ID) numbers?

No. Inputting tax identifiers is optional within the Application unless your local jurisdiction strictly requires it for internal record-keeping. You may leave tax identifier fields blank or use generic placeholders if your clients prefer anonymity.

Q: Does APEXity Studio provide financial or legal advice?

No. APEXity Studio provides software tools only. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any tax rate presets or calculations provided in the Application are for organizational assistance only.

3. DATA SECURITY & BACKEND INFRASTRUCTURE

Q: Where is my data stored?

All cloud user data, business profile information, and saved draft metadata are securely hosted on Google Firebase infrastructure using enterprise-grade SSL/TLS encryption. Local caching technology is used on your device to enable rapid offline rendering.

Q: Why does APEXity Studio collect and log IP addresses?

We log user IP addresses strictly for network security, identity verification, anti-fraud prevention, DDoS defense, and infrastructure performance monitoring within our backend Firebase systems. We never sell or share IP logs with third-party advertisers.

Q: Does APEXity Studio own the business content or invoices I create?

No. You retain 100% full ownership of all client lists, pricing data, invoice metadata, and custom branding elements ("User Content") entered into our Services.

4. ACCOUNTS & PRIVACY RIGHTS

Q: What sign-in methods are supported?

Our mobile products support secure authentication via Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and standard passwordless or email-based credentials.

Q: How can I request account and data deletion?

You have the "Right to be Forgotten" under GDPR and KVKK rules. You can trigger account deletion directly through the Application settings or by sending a formal deletion request to support@apexitystudio.com. Upon verification, all your profile data, draft records, and cloud files will be permanently purged within 30 days.
